These workshops are conducted with a fellow colleague and Life Coach, Dara Dweck, ACC via the Zoom platform. They can be taken individually or in groups of six participants.
Four Personality Tendencies - Participants learn how they respond to expectations and how they can best relate to other people in the most productive way. Yes/No Theory and SDA’s - Participants will learn techniques to prioritize and manage current projects.
Building Positive Leaders - Participants learn the key elements of a positive leader and how to begin to incorporate them into their management style.
Having Difficult Conversations - Participants learn how to have difficult conversations with colleagues or family/friends. Resilience Building - Participants will learn ways to observe stressful feelings, but not be carried away by them, recognize and accept all feelings (positive and negative) and walk away with a personalized resilience plan.
Mindfulness - Participants will be introduced to this practice to reduce stress and anxiety, improve memory and concentration and allow for them to be present in their life.
Pause and Reset - Positive Ways To Through Any Challenging Time - Besides feeling sad, lost, confused, anxious or angry during a challenging time participants will discuss how to reclaim feelings of joy and fulfillment by recognizing the importance of “pausing” and learning practical approaches to navigate through challenging professional or personal situations.
Finding The Best Version of “You” - Ways to Pull Upon Our Strengths and Reduce Our Self-Criticism - Participants will explore 24 universal core strengths and how to use them to maximize well being and work performance. Participants will also uncover what may be holding them back from moving forward at work or personally. Lastly, participants will learn self compassion techniques to help reduce self criticism.
Wheel of Life/Pillars of Life - We personalize the various segments of a person’s life according to the individual/group we are working with. This provides a framework to have participants prioritize where they want to focus their time and energy.
What Are My Values? - Participants’ will gain awareness of their deepest needs/values which can help them identify what’s really important and why they may be feeling or dealing with things the way they are.
Future-Self Visualization - Participants will complete a future self visualization to help set career and/or personal goals.
Mini-Habits - Participants will learn the neuroscience of how we can train ourselves to get motivated. Exercises include adapting mini-habits and stacking.
Mental Fitness - Participants work on their mental fitness by touching on a model that addresses what can be holding them back, ways to pause in those moments and then redirect their negative thoughts to more positive thoughts.
Purpose/Passion (legacy) - Participants will figure out what is most important for them to have or contribute in their lives. How do they want people to talk about them? Once they know who they want to be in this world, we begin to explore ways to begin and/or continue bringing these ideas to life.
How Do I Help a Loved One Grieve? - Participants will learn how to support employees or family/friends who are grieving.
